Contract Terms signed 8-28-2023
If prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, the Agreement is terminated by Contractor for any
reason, or by Company for cause, then in any such event, Contractor shall immediately reimburse Company
for all Instructor Classes funded by Company, it being agreed that such reimbursement shall be in the
amount of $1497.00 per Instructor Class. Company may deduct such reimbursement from any amounts
then due to Contractor. If Company terminates this agreement without cause during the Initial Term, or if
either party terminates after the Initial Term expires, then Contractor shall not be obligated to make any
such reimbursement
